Click Template title and type those title a new template you need.
Click Template description and write briefly what is the need for this checklist.
Fill out the Title page of the template. Completing the Title page allows you to convert it into a Report Title page for inspections and simplifies internal auditing. By default, the title page contains questions about when, by whom, and where the inspection was carried out.
The question area is activated by clicking, at which time icons for settings () , answer format and the ability to add a condition appear. A Delete icon appears on the right ().
Add the questions you need by clicking on Add question.
Move questions into the order you want: hover over the vertical dots on the left () and, while holding the cursor, drag the question to the desired location.
Add Sections and Pages.
When adding questions, select the required type of response. You can set up a type of response in the window that opens after clicking on the check mark on the right in the response line. By default, the response type is "Text".
Add your lists of answers that may be necessary for a correct answer to the questions asked. Highlight the answers in color. Assign a score to the answer.
Add conditions to the answers to questions. Choose equal signs for correct logical sequences.
If the condition is not met (or met), select the appropriate reactions.
There may be several conditions.
Add sections and distribute relevant questions among them.
