Yes, the electronic format is fully legitimate and has been recommended by Rospotrebnadzor since 2021. According to SanPiN 2.3/2.4.3590-20 and SP 2.1.3678-20 (as amended in 2025), logs can be kept either on paper or electronically — provided that records are immutable, have electronic signatures, and can be exported for inspections.
