Предназначен для фиксации результатов осмотра помещений перед их закрытием по окончании рабочего дня, а также перед выходными и праздничными днями. Регистрирует обнаруженные недочёты и отметки об их устранении. Ведётся в соответствии с Постановлением Правительства РФ от 16.09.2020 № 1479 «Правила противопожарного режима в Российской Федерации» и Федеральным законом от 21.12.1994 № 69-ФЗ «О пожарной безопасности». Срок хранения — 3 года с даты внесения последней записи.
